In-App Deletion (Recommended)

The fastest and most secure way to delete your account is directly within the Camivo app:

• Open the Camivo app and log in.
• Navigate to Settings.
• Select Delete Account and follow the confirmation prompts.

Upon confirmation, your profile, wallet balance, and identifying data will be immediately scheduled for permanent deletion in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Web Deletion Request

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by contacting our support team.

Please contact our support team at the email address provided in our Privacy Policy. Include your registered phone number in the body of the email.

Note: For security reasons, we may require additional verification before processing web-based deletion requests.
