1. About these terms

These terms govern the use of Camivo, a platform for meeting people and having conversations. They form an agreement between you and Camivo, operated by:

2. Who can use Camivo

Camivo is for adults aged 18 and over.
Members complete verification before they take part in conversations.
Account information you provide should be accurate and kept up to date.
Accounts are personal. Do not create an account on someone else's behalf.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for the activity that takes place on your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has gained access to it.

4. Using the service

Camivo lets members meet, talk and stay in touch. Some features are paid, and the applicable prices and terms are shown inside the app before you use them. Availability can be affected by your internet connection, your device, and maintenance or updates to the service.

5. Payments

Where Camivo offers paid features, the price, what it includes and any conditions are presented in the app at the point of purchase. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Refund and cancellation rights follow applicable Indian consumer law; the detailed wording will be confirmed on legal review.

6. How members are expected to behave

Camivo works because people treat each other decently. The Community Guidelines form part of these terms. In short: no harassment, threats or hate; no sexual content; nothing involving minors; no impersonation; no fraud; nothing illegal; and no recording or capturing another member.

7. Enforcement

Members can report and block others in the app. Reports are reviewed by people. Depending on what happened, Camivo may issue a warning, restrict features, suspend an account, or end access permanently. Serious violations can result in immediate removal.

8. Content and intellectual property

The Camivo name, logo, applications and site content belong to Camivo. You receive a personal, non-transferable permission to use the service as intended. You keep ownership of what you share, and grant Camivo the limited permission needed to operate the service on your behalf.

9. Ending your account

You can stop using Camivo at any time and request that your account be closed. Camivo may close accounts that breach these terms, in line with the enforcement section above.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated as the service develops. The version and effective date shown at the top of this page will change accordingly, and material changes will be communicated in the app.
